Can I return several orders in a single shipment (together)?

If you make your return from Spain and you wish to return different orders, you will have to request their exchange or return separately, generating different labels with which you will have to deliver the packages at the selected point. For the moment, it will NOT be possible to return several orders under the same label, we are sorry for the possible inconvenience caused.
If you are making your exchange or return from outside Spain, you will have to register the different orders separately, but you can do it in a single shipment to avoid additional costs. We only need you to enter the RETURNS SHEET of all the orders, inside the same package, in order to manage their entry into the warehouse as soon as possible.
