Many of you have asked us! As we have limited collections, many garments are sold out in a short time and it is not always possible to bring out a new product. That's why we designed this system: precisely to be able to ensure the stock of a garment that we know is going to be a best-seller before it is sold out on the web.
It is a way of placing "an order under demand". This item is in the last stage of production so we do not have it physically available in stock yet. The delivery time is therefore longer and the estimated shipping date is always indicated in the product description.
Our aim is that you can receive your POLÍN garments at home as soon as possible. When it is a pre-sale, we have an estimated shipping date, depending on the manufacturer. We always try to speed up the process but in general, we will NOT be able to ship the item before the indicated date as we may not have physical stock in our warehouse yet.
**IMPORTANT! Each pre-sale item has a different estimated shipping date, depending on the production of the item. This date will always be indicated in the product description.
Don't worry, we accept returns and exchanges on pre-sale items as long as they meet the conditions.
**PLEASE NOTE- If you place a single order with several pre-sale items with different estimated shipping dates, you will receive your complete order when we receive the last item in the warehouse. If your order includes a pre-sale item and other items available in stock, you will receive your complete order once the garment is received in stock. If you are interested in receiving the remaining items sooner, we encourage you to place two separate orders
