Guest exchange and return policy

NEW CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGES AND RETURNS FROM FEBRUARY 2023

SPAIN ORDERS: We hope you like your guest garment as much as we do, but we understand that sometimes an exchange is necessary, so the first exchange request is FREE of charge. Should you wish to request a return, the return handling fee is €3.95 on each order, which will be deducted from the money to be refunded.

Our guest articles are identified in the Guest section and in each product, in the description section it is specified whether it is a guest article and the special return conditions to which it is subject. All guest textile articles have a label on the bottom, without which it is not possible to return them.

Polín et moi reserves the right not to accept orders outside the return period, used products or products that are not in their original condition and guest garments without the label on the bottom of the garment. Orders that do not comply with these conditions cannot be refunded or subject to exchange, if you wish to receive your order you will have to pay the shipping costs again

The deadline is 14 calendar days from when you receive the package at home and you would simply have to request it through our online portal, deliver it to a post office and that's it. You can request your exchange or return by CLICKING HERE.

Shipping and customs costs are NOT refundable.

In case of defects or flaws in the garment(s) purchased, you have 48 hours from receipt to notify us in the following form.

Remember NOT TO REMOVE THE LABEL from the product if you wish to request an exchange or refund!
