Returns or exchanges made from outside Spain, must be managed by the customer, assuming the shipping costs and management up until its delivery to our warehouse. You must complete the form in our international returns portal to register and approve the request.
1. Enter your order reference and postcode.
2. Select the garments you wish to return.
3. Select the shop return option and copy the address of our warehouse (indicated at the end of the form).
4. Send the box to our warehouse within 5 days of completing the form.
5. Put the garments inside the box together with the RETURN SHEET.
*Please note that at the end of the process you will see a delivery point in Spain. Copy that address and send the package to it.
We’ll process the return in the following 10 working days from its arrival to our warehouse. Please, don’t worry, you’ll receive a confirmation email once this has been correctly managed.
Polin et moi is not responsible for any possible loss or misplacement of international returns. We highly recommend to keep the tracking information, as we may request this documentation and delivery proof in case the parcel has not been yet registered on our system.
Important! We do not accept return packages with outstanding charges. Please be sure to send the return package without paperwork or outstanding charges.
