Only available in Spain and European Union countries: If you wish to make an exchange and a return of the same order, you must register each request separately through our website. If you wish to request an instant exchange (exchange of the same article), you must first register the return of the other garment and then the exchange. On the other hand, if the required exchange is for a different item, you must request the exchange first and then the return.
You will receive two shipping labels but you should only use one of them, packing the garments in the same box.
*Remember that once the exchange has been processed, within the indicated period, a new order will be created (you will receive an email with the confirmation of the order in reserve). When it is ready to be shipped, you will receive another email with the new tracking number. If at the time of processing the change we do not have the requested item in stock, we will notify you via email and we will proceed to refund your order automatically.
