Process an exchange and return within the same request

Only available in Spain and EU countries.

In Spain:

If you wish to make an exchange and a return of the same order, you must register your request through our portal. You must select the item you want to exchange and then select the item you want to return, with their respective reasons.

Please note the different exchange requests available.

You will receive a shipping label that you must stick on the outside of the box (or present at the post office where they will scan it for you), make sure that you include the return form that came with your order and check that your box is perfectly closed.

Outside Spain (EU):

If you wish to make an exchange and a return of the same order, you will have to contact us, as through the portal it is not possible to select an exchange and we will create it for you super fast.
