Process an exchange and return within the same request

If you wish to make an exchange and a return of the same order, you must register each request separately through our portal. You will receive two shipping labels but you will only need to use one of them, packing the garments in the same box.

*Remember that once the exchange has been processed, within the indicated period, a new order will be created (you will receive an email with the confirmation of the order in reserve). When it is ready to be shipped, you will receive another email with the new tracking number.
