Hand in my exchange/return parcel at a ticket office

It's very simple! Once you have selected the box office delivery point that best suits you (as long as it is a box office, it will be indicated in the same request) follow these steps:

1. Register in the CITYPAQ DE CORREOS account: https://online.citypaq.es/pages/registro.xhtml
2. Pass through the reader of the ticket office, the barcode of the label.
3. Finally, it will ask for a code that you will find on the label itself, just above the barcode: "CÓDIGO BULTO".

4. Deposit the package and that's it! We take care of receiving and processing your prompt exchange or return. Don't worry, you will receive a confirmation email when it arrives at the warehouse :)
