- PRESALE ORDER:When you include a pre-sale item, you will receive an additional automatic email confirming the pre-sale and reminding you that the estimated delivery date will be the one indicated in the product description.
This status will not change until we receive the pre-sale. We beg for patience! If you need additional information, please contact our customer service team.
- PRESALE RECEIVED: We have received the pre-sale garment we had reserved for you, we will prepare your order soon!
- PREPARATION IN PROGRESS: We are preparing your order and it will leave the warehouse shortly!
- SHIPPED: Your order has been delivered to the shipping company (Correos Express in Spain and DHL international).
- DELIVERED: Your order has been delivered.
