How can I request an exchange?

GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT OUR SWITCHING PROCESS:

• Request deadline: 
  Spain: 14 calendar days from receipt at home.
  Outside Spain: 20 calendar days from the date of shipment.
  
  
• We will proceed to process your change within 10 working days once it is received in our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email when the order with the exchange is ready to be shipped.
  
  
• If you request an exchange from outside Spain, the cost of return is borne by the customer (you can make the return with our DHL service or manage it with the courier of your choice.
  In the first exchange process, shipping is free of charge.
  
  
• To request an exchange, please access our online platform! Please tell us the product (name or reference) and size you want to receive back and we will get to work :)

  Remember that we allow exchanges at no additional cost.

  If you wish to exchange your order for another item, you must indicate the reference and size when registering your return. Once we receive the return of your original order in our warehouse, we will process your exchange within 10 working days. You will receive an email confirming the new order and a direct link to track the shipment.

  Request an exchange on an order placed from Spain:
  Access our online platform, all you need is your order number and email address, select the option "EXCHANGE" and the size you wish to receive. An order will be created with the change and you will receive a confirmation email when it is ready to be sent. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

  
  Request an exchange on an order placed from outside Spain:
  Access our online platform and fill in the data! Please note that if you request an exchange from outside Spain, the cost of return shipping will be paid by the customer. The shipping, with the first exchange requested, is free of charge.
  
  On international orders ONLY size exchanges or exchanges for another item of the same value can be made. If you wish to make an exchange for an item of lesser or greater value, a new order must be placed.
  
  To request an exchange, in our international return portal you must choose the exchange option as the reason for return. Afterwards, you will have to write us an email informing us about the exchange you wish to make.
  
  Please remember that this may take up to 10 working days from receipt at our warehouse.
