GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT OUR RETURNS:
- Return request deadline:
In Spain: 14 calendar days from the day you receive the package at home.
Outside Spain: 20 calendar days after we send the package. warehouse.
You'll receive a confirmation email when it has been processed correctly. - Remember that the items to be returned from our GUEST COLLECTION and with PROMOTION have a return cost of 3,95€ to be deducted from the total amount to be refunded (Only in Spain).
- The cost of return from abroad is borne by the customer (you can make the return with our DHL service or arrange it with the courier of your choice.
- Important! All GUEST clothing have a return label on the bottom side, without it, we'll NOT accept any exchange or return.

*Free delivery to the post office EXCEPT for guest and promotional items, which will incur a 3.95€ return shipping cost. Request your return and receive your label by email!
Return request from outside Spain: Foreign returns portal (click here)
* Shipping costs will be borne entirely by the customer.
* You may do so with a courrier of your choice or with out service with DHL.
Request a return from Spain:
This procedure is free EXCEPT for returns of those textiles of our Guest Collection and / or Promotion, which will have a cost of 3.95€ per order to be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.
Once you have filled in the form, you will receive by email a label that you will have to print and stick on the outside of the package.
Deliver your parcel within the next 5 working days to the selected point!
You can select: Citypaq, post box or post office to deliver your parcel.
IMPORTANT! If you requested a mailbox or Citypaq as a delivery point and you can not make the delivery at that point, no problem, with the same label you can go to any post office (within your same locality) and deliver it without problem :)
Requesting a return from outside Spain:
You must request the return through our online platform in order to register the request correctly. You can make the return with any courier of your choice or with our DHL service, here you can find a table of rates.
