We would love for you to love your bathroom set as much as we do, but we understand that sometimes an exchange may be necessary, so the first exchange request is FREE (as long as the exchange you want to receive back at home is the same amount as the initial one, otherwise, we will contact you directly so that we can manage it quickly).

You can find the bathroom articles in this category on our website. On the product page, you will find a detailed description and a reminder that all swimwear items are subject to special return conditions. All swimwear items must be tried on with underwear and have a sticker, without which it will not be possible to make or accept a return. This sticker must be intact.

Polin et moi reserves the right not to accept orders outside the return period, used products or products that are not in their original condition and without the above mentioned sticker. We will not be able to accept the exchange or return of orders that do not meet these conditions. In case you want to receive your order again, you will have to pay the shipping costs again.

The delivery time for Spain and within the European Union is 14 calendar days from the day you receive the package at home and you would simply have to request it through our online portal. The delivery time outside the European Union is up to 20 calendar days from the time the order is placed.

Shipping and customs costs are NOT refundable.

In case of defect or damage to the garment(s) purchased, you have 48 hours from receipt to report it to us using the following form.
