EXCHANGES AND RETURNS DURING THE SALES PERIOD

Returns and exchanges must be made within 15 days from the date of purchase.

Exchanges and returns must be made only in the establishment where the purchase was made. No returns or exchanges will be accepted by e-mail. It is compulsory to present the original receipt of purchase. In addition, the products must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use and with all original labels intact.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
