GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT OUR RETURNS
You have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to make the return. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used to make your purchase.
We only make in-store exchanges for purchases made in our POP UP shop and during the opening date of the store. We are sorry, but if you are not happy with an item, you can return it and make a new purchase on our website if you wish to do so.
Remember that the items to be returned for EVENT, have a return cost of 4,95€, to which will be added 1€ for each additional guest textile product returned; and with PROMOTION, have a return cost of 3,95€, to be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.
Important! All event items have a return label on the bottom side, without which it will NOT be possible to accept any return or exchange.
Polín et moi reserves the right NOT to accept returns of:
- Garments without tags, used or in poor condition.
- Scuffed, stained, worn or used soles.
- Shoes in broken boxes or different from their original condition.
- Costume jewellery, gloves, stockings, socks and hair accessories (headbands, hats, etc).
- Outside the return period.
- Stationery (notebooks, pens and mugs).
- Packages sent to our warehouse without having been ordered through our online portal.
- Return packages pending customs clearance, shipping payment or cash on delivery method.
- Guest items without a bass label.
If you have purchased a product with a fault or defect, please complete the following form within 48 hours of receipt, stating what has happened. We will investigate your case and contact you as soon as possible.
