Welcome to the Apodemia Contest! Polin et Moi is excited to invite you to participate in this fun sweepstakes. We want to celebrate our customers by offering them the chance to win an ideal set including clothing and jewellery. Below you will find the legal terms and conditions of the competition, which details everything you need to know to enter for your chance to win. Good luck to you all!

LEGAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE COMPETITION

1. ORGANISER.

The prize draw is organised by Polín et moi in collaboration with Apodemia (hereinafter, ‘the organisers").

2. SCOPE OF THE PRIZE DRAW.
The draw will take place on Instagram, and will be valid for participants from Spain (mainland Spain).

3. DURATION.
The draw starts on 16/12/2024 at 19:00 and ends on 19/12/2024 at 15:00.

4. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS.
To participate in the prize draw, users must:
● Follow the @polinetmoi and @apodemia accounts.
● Give ‘megusta’ to the publication of the draw.
● Tag 1 friend in the comments and the look they like the most.
● Bonus: Share the post in stories and tag us.

Participants must be residents of Spain, national territory. Fake accounts or duplicate fake accounts or duplicate entries will not be accepted.

5. PRIZE.
The winner will receive:
● One perfect set including: Apodemia jewellery and a total Polin look. It will be from the 5 options
that appear on the reels. Only one look, with those garments and the jewellery contained in that look.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND ANNOUNCEMENT.
● The winner will be selected at random on 19/12/2024.
● We will announce the winner via Instagram stories on @polinetmoi and we will contact you will get in touch via direct message.

The winner will have 2 days to respond. If they fail to do so, a new winner will be selected.

7. PRIZE DELIVERY.
Delivery of the prize will be arranged with the winner by way of home delivery at no extra cost.

8. DATA PROTECTION.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the personal data provided will only be used for the purposes of the data provided will only be used to manage the draw and the delivery of the prize. It will not be stored or shared with third parties.

9. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY.
This prize draw is not sponsored, administered or associated in any way with Instagram.
The organizers are not responsible for incidents beyond their control (shipping, losses, etc.).
