How can I pay for my order in installments?

At Polín et Moi, we want you to get your favorite pieces in the most comfortable way possible. That’s why we offer SeQura 💖 as a payment-in-installments option.

You can split your payment into easy installments, in a simple and almost immediate way. SeQura uses your order details to create your financing plan and will only ask for a few extra details to validate it.

How to use SeQura:

• At checkout, select SeQura as your payment method and choose the number of installments that best suits you.
• SeQura will take your order information (amount, name, contact details) to prepare your payment plan.
• Enter your DNI/NIE and confirm the mobile phone number you’ll use for verification.
• You’ll receive an SMS code on that number—just enter it on the screen to verify your identity. Then, register the bank card you’d like your monthly payments to be charged to.

• Before completing your purchase, SeQura will clearly show you:

  The exact amount of each installment.

  The payment schedule (dates when each charge will be made).

This way, you can review everything calmly and confirm only when you’re sure ✨. The installments will be automatically charged to the card you registered—no need to do anything else each month.

Of course, exchanges and returns are accepted for orders paid through this method. In the case of a return, the refund will be processed through the platform, which will recalculate or close the financing accordingly.
