When your order is ready to be dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number and a direct link to track your parcel. Using this link, you can change your delivery arrangements if necessary (collect it from a post office or specify a delivery date).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: FEDEX AND UPS.
If your order is sent via Correos Express, there will be a single delivery attempt at the address provided. If delivery is not possible, the courier will contact you via the telephone number provided; however, if there is no answer, your parcel will be left at a Correos Express collection point in your area. In this case, you will receive an SMS with the PIN number required for collection.
*Deliveries are made in the afternoons, so it is very likely that you will not see any change in the delivery status until that same evening.
Remember! International deliveries have a single delivery attempt, so if delivery fails, the parcel will be left at a collection point for a limited time, as specified by the courier at the time of deposit.
