Orders are prepared within 2–4 business days. Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and the shipping method selected, Standard or Express.

Estimated delivery times are:

• Spain (Mainland): 2–4 business days.
• Balearic Islands: Up to 7 business days.
• Portugal: 2–4 business days.
• European Union:
  Standard: 3–7 business days.
  Express: 1–2 business days.

These delivery times apply once your order has been prepared and dispatched.

Product prices may vary depending on the country or market from which you are shopping. If your order is shipped with Correos Express, there will be one delivery attempt at the address provided. If the delivery cannot be completed, the courier will try to contact you using the telephone number provided. If they are unable to reach you, your parcel will be taken to a Correos Express collection point in your area. In this case, you will receive an SMS with a PIN code to collect your parcel.
