Where do we ship?

We are very excited to know that your Polín orders can reach many places and enjoy them as much as we do.

Here is a list of all the countries we ship to:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Chile, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, United Kingdom, USA.

*We do NOT ship to Andorra, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, Portuguese Islands (Madeira and Azores).

If your order is sent via Correos Express, there will be a single delivery attempt at the address provided. If delivery is not possible, the delivery driver will contact you via the telephone number provided. If there is no response, your parcel will be deposited at a Correos Express delivery point in your area. In this case, you will receive an SMS with a PIN number for collection.

We recommend that you read the conditions of each country regarding the delivery of parcels. Polín et moi is NOT responsible for customs costs or expenses generated by the shipment of products.
