Can I return several orders in a single shipment (together)?

If you are returning from Spain and you wish to return different orders, you will have to request the exchange or return of one of the orders and stick the label on the outside of the box. It is very important to introduce all the RETURN SHEETS, so that when our warehouse colleagues process it, it is registered and the return is processed correctly.

If you do not enter these sheets, it is possible that the exchanges and/or returns will not be processed correctly. In this case, you should contact us using the following form.
