SALES PERIOD:
Orders placed with sale products have special return conditions, deducting €3.95 per order from the total amount to be refunded (in Spain).
Although we would love all our garments to be perfect for our customers, we understand that there are times when it is necessary to make exchanges or returns. In this case, we allow as always, both an exchange and a return within 14 calendar days for Spain and European Union countries, from the time you receive the package at home, and up to 20 calendar days for orders made outside the European Union.
Once we receive the parcel at our warehouse, we'll process your return or exchange in a maximum time of up to 10 working days. You'll receive a confirmation email once this has been successfully done.
Return of discounted items:
- 14 calendar days after you receive the package at home (Spain and EU).
20 calendar days after we send your order (Outside the European Union).
- Return cost 3,95€ per order (In Spain).
- Returns from abroad: The return process is entirely at the customer's expense.
- Refund process: Up to 10 working days from arrival at our warehouse.
Please note that, when processing a return of any item with a discount promotion in Spain, 3.95€ will be deducted from the return costs.
This amount will automatically be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.
This only applies to returns of discounted items on orders from Spain.
If you make a return from abroad, remember that the return process is entirely at the customer's expense.
Exchanges of discounted items:
- 14 calendar days after you receive the package at home (Spain and EU).
20 calendar days after we send your order (Outside the European Union).
- We allow up to TWO exchanges.
- The first exchange is free of charge.
- Exchanges from abroad: The return process is entirely at the customer's expense. Check conditions in our policy.
- Refund process: Up to 10 working days from arrival at our warehouse.
Remember that the first exchange process includes free return shipment to your home address (as long as it is within the same territory).
Once we receive the parcel at our warehouse, we'll process the exchange, creating a new order with the requested product. Once this second order is ready to be sent, you'll receive a confirmation email.
