1. ORGANISER
The prize draw is organised by POLÍN ET MOI.

2. SCOPE OF THE DRAW
The draw will take place from Polín et moi's brand, being valid for participants from all the countries to which Polín et moi regularly ships.

It will be announced from different areas: Newsletters, Web and Social Networks.

3. DURATION
The sweepstakes begins on July 24th and ends on July 29th at 8:00 am.

4. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
To participate in the sweepstakes, users must:

Enter the survey

Complete the questionnaire with their data

Choose their favorite dress among the 6 proposals of Polín et moi.

Participants must be of legal age. Fake accounts or duplicate entries will not be accepted.

5. PRIZE
There will be 1 winner who will receive: A dress from the Autumn Winter 2025 guest collection.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND ANNOUNCEMENT
● The winner will be selected at random on 29 July. 
● We will announce the winner by contacting the winner directly via phone or email. 
The winner will have 2 days to respond. If they fail to do so, a new winner will be selected. 
● The winner's selection will be recorded and uploaded along with the legal terms and conditions in our faqs section.

7. DELIVERY OF THE PRIZE 
The delivery of the prize will be organised with the winner online, after contacting them, we will organise delivery to their home address at no additional cost.

8. DATA PROTECTION 
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the personal data provided will be used solely for the purpose of administering the prize draw and prize delivery. It will not be stored or shared with third parties.
