At Polín et Moi, we believe we all have a look from the past that we regret today. And this time, your fashion regrets come with a reward!

From 23 October to 5 November 2026, take part through our campaign website, share a photo or story about that look, and receive a discount code to use exclusively in our online store.. Before taking part, please read the terms and conditions below, which explain the discount conditions, participation requirements and permission for the possible use of content shared during the campaign.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE ARREPENTIDAS PROMOTION

1. Organiser

The ARREPENTIDAS promotion is organised by POLIN ET MOI S.L., Calle José Echegaray 8, Edificio 3, Oficina 3, 28232, Las Rozas (MADRID), hereinafter referred to as “POLÍN ET MOI” or the “Organiser”.

Taking part in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Purpose of the promotion

The promotion aims to engage the POLÍN ET MOI community by inviting participants to share personal experiences involving looks, clothing or trends they regret or wish to share within the creative context of the campaign.

Participants may submit their experience in any of the formats available on the web app:

a) photograph;

b) audio file or recording;

c) text.

POLÍN ET MOI may select submitted content for use and publication in communications relating to the campaign, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Participation does not guarantee that submitted content will be selected or published.

3. Geographical scope and promotional period

The promotion is open to residents of SPAIN who meet the requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions.

The participation period will begin on 23 October 2026 and end on 5 November 2026.

POLÍN ET MOI may extend or change these dates for justified reasons, notifying participants appropriately.

4. Eligibility requirements

Participation is restricted to individuals over 18 years of age who:

a) correctly complete the web app registration process;

b) provide a valid email address;

c) accept these Terms and Conditions;

d) submit content that meets the requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions;

e) hold the necessary rights and permissions for the content submitted.

Participation is voluntary.

5. How to participate

To take part, the participant must:

1. Access the web app provided for the promotion.
2. Register or create an account by providing the required information.
3. Accept these Terms and Conditions.
4. Share their experience through a photograph, audio recording or text.
5. Submit their content using the designated feature.

Once participation has been successfully completed, the participant will receive a discount code at the email address provided.

Additional participation opportunities

Each participant may have a maximum of three (3) opportunities to take part in the promotion.

For every invited person who successfully completes registration and participation, the participant who shared the promotion will receive one additional participation opportunity, up to a maximum of three (3) opportunities per person.

No further opportunities will be granted once this limit has been reached.

The discount code is subject to the following conditions:

• It cannot be used on discounted products.
• Each code may be used only once per person.
• The discount does not apply to shipping costs.
• It cannot be combined with other codes, discounts or promotions.
• It is valid exclusively in the online store at polinetmoi.com.
• It is valid until 11:59 p.m. on 5 November 2026, inclusive, mainland Spain time.

Receiving the code is not conditional on agreeing to receive newsletters or future marketing communications.

6. Selection and publication of content

POLÍN ET MOI may review submitted content and decide which submissions are suitable for publication and use within the campaign.

Participation does not give participants any right to require publication of their content.

POLÍN ET MOI may publish content in full or make technical or editorial adaptations reasonably necessary for its use across the campaign’s channels. These may include changes to format, size or duration, cropping, layout, subtitling, transcription, editing, the addition of graphic elements or adaptation to different publishing formats. Such adaptations must always preserve the essential meaning of the contribution and must not be used in a manner that is degrading or harmful to the participant.

7. Permission to use submitted content

By accepting these Terms and Conditions and voluntarily submitting content, the participant authorises POLÍN ET MOI to use that content to carry out, communicate and promote the ARREPENTIDAS promotion.

Where the content constitutes a work or other subject matter protected by intellectual property rights, the participant grants POLÍN ET MOI, on a non-exclusive basis, the rights necessary to reproduce, transform or adapt it and communicate it to the public, including making it available online, exclusively in connection with this promotion and its communication or promotion.

This permission covers use in:

a) POLÍN ET MOI websites and landing pages;

b) POLÍN ET MOI social media profiles and accounts;

c) newsletters and communications relating to the promotion;

d) organic posts relating to the campaign;

e) digital advertising materials promoting the campaign itself;

f) audiovisual or graphic materials compiling, presenting or communicating the promotion.

Permission is granted worldwide, given the distribution of content through the Internet and social media, and for a period of 12 months.

This permission does not allow the content to be used in advertising campaigns that are independent of or unrelated to ARREPENTIDAS, unless the participant subsequently provides the relevant permission.

No specific payment is provided for the use of the content, without prejudice to the discount code or any other benefits associated with participation in the promotion.

8. Participant’s image and voice

Where submitted content includes the participant’s own image or voice, the participant expressly authorises its capture, reproduction and distribution together with the submitted content, for the purposes and through the channels described in these Terms and Conditions.

This permission is limited to communicating and promoting ARREPENTIDAS and does not constitute general permission to use the participant’s image or voice in any other POLÍN ET MOI advertising campaign.

Participants may revoke permission regarding their image or voice by writing to hola@polinetmoi.com, without prejudice to any effects or consequences that may legally arise from such revocation and any lawful uses made beforehand.

POLÍN ET MOI will address removal requests concerning channels under its control, taking into account the nature of the Internet and social media and the possible existence of posts, shares or reproductions made by third parties over which POLÍN ET MOI has no effective control.

9. Participant’s declarations and warranties

By submitting content, the participant declares and warrants that:

a) they created the content or hold sufficient rights and permissions to submit it and allow the uses described in these Terms and Conditions;

b) the content does not infringe any third party’s intellectual or industrial property rights;

c) the content does not infringe any third party’s rights to honour, privacy, their own image, data protection or any other rights;

d) the content has not been obtained or distributed unlawfully;

e) they hold the necessary permissions where third parties appear in or can be identified from the content;

f) the information provided is truthful and does not impersonate another person;

g) the content meets the requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions.

Participants are expressly advised not to include images, names, data or other information that could identify third parties.

POLÍN ET MOI may request reasonable evidence of the relevant permissions where necessary.

10. Prohibited content

Participants must not submit content that:

a) contains nudity, pornography or sexually explicit material;

b) is violent, threatening, degrading, discriminatory, defamatory or unlawful;

c) infringes fundamental rights or the rights of third parties;

d) unnecessarily includes data concerning health, sexual orientation, political opinions, religious beliefs, racial or ethnic origin, or other specially protected categories of data;

e) contains confidential information or third-party personal data without sufficient permission;

f) includes images or personal data of minors other than the participant. This restriction does not prevent participants from submitting photographs or content of themselves from when they were minors, provided they are now over 18 and hold the necessary rights to the content;

g) promotes unlawful or dangerous behaviour, or conduct contrary to these Terms and Conditions;

h) contains malicious code, harmful files or elements that could compromise the security of the web app or its users;

i) is manifestly unrelated to the purpose of the campaign;

j) could unjustifiably harm the reputation, rights or legitimate interests of third parties.

POLÍN ET MOI reserves the right to reject, block, decline to publish or remove any content that breaches these conditions or where there are reasonable grounds to believe it may infringe third-party rights or be unsuitable for the campaign.

11. Content moderation

To reduce the receipt and processing of unlawful, sensitive or manifestly inappropriate content, POLÍN ET MOI may use automated file detection and moderation tools.

These systems are a preventive measure and do not guarantee the detection of all prohibited content.

POLÍN ET MOI may supplement these checks with human review where necessary to determine whether content complies with these Terms and Conditions.

Rejected content will be retained only for as long as necessary to manage participation, ensure system security, address potential incidents or meet legal responsibilities, in accordance with the retention periods and criteria set out in the data protection information.

12. Responsibility for content

Participants are responsible for the content they submit and for the accuracy of the declarations made when taking part.

If POLÍN ET MOI receives a reasonably substantiated third-party complaint relating to submitted content, it may suspend its use as a precaution and request further information from the participant.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes any liability legally attributable to POLÍN ET MOI.

13. Personal data protection

The Data Controller is the organising entity identified in section 1.

You can contact us using any of the methods indicated in section 1 or through our RIGHTS REQUEST PORTAL.

Purposes and legal bases

Personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

a) Registration and management of participation

Managing participant registration, checking compliance with these Terms and Conditions, managing submitted content, contacting participants where necessary and carrying out the promotion.

Legal basis: performance of the relationship arising from participation and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.

b) Sending the discount code and operational communications

Sending the discount code and communications strictly necessary to manage participation, incidents, significant changes or information relating to the promotion.

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.

These communications do not constitute acceptance of general POLÍN ET MOI marketing communications.

c) Use of content, image and/or voice in the campaign

Managing, selecting, publishing and distributing submitted content under the conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions.

Participation in the promotion entails acceptance of the conditions governing use of the content set out in these Terms and Conditions. Where the content includes the participant’s image or voice, its use will also be subject to the express permission granted under these Terms and Conditions.

d) Marketing communications

Where participants voluntarily tick the relevant box, POLÍN ET MOI may use their email address to send newsletters, news, promotions, discounts and other marketing communications relating to its products or services.

Legal basis: consent of the data subject, pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.

Refusing this consent will not prevent participation in the promotion or receipt of the corresponding discount code.

Consent may be withdrawn at any time using the unsubscribe link included in the communications or by writing to hola@polinetmoi.com.

Data processed

Depending on the method of participation, the following data may be processed:

• Identification details.
• Contact details.
• Email address.
• Data associated with the account or registration.
• Photograph and image.
• Voice.
• Submitted text.
• Technical data necessary for the platform’s operation and security.
• Information arising from the management of participation.

Participants are not asked to provide special categories of personal data.

Recipients and service providers

Service providers supplying the technological services necessary to carry out the promotion, such as hosting, web app maintenance, communications delivery or content moderation, may access personal data, acting in each case in accordance with applicable regulations.

Content selected for publication may be shared publicly through the channels described in these Terms and Conditions.

Retention

Data relating to the management of participation will be retained for as long as necessary to carry out the promotion and subsequently for the periods necessary to address potential liabilities.

Content selected for distribution may remain published for the period of use established in these Terms and Conditions, subject to any applicable removal requests.

Data used for marketing communications will be retained until the data subject withdraws consent or requests erasure, without prejudice to the minimum information necessary to document the unsubscribe request or meet legal responsibilities.

Rights

Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, where applicable, and withdraw any consent given, by writing to hola@polinetmoi.com.

They may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

14. Marketing communications

Participation in the promotion does not, in itself, constitute acceptance of general marketing communications.

POLÍN ET MOI will only send subsequent newsletters and promotional communications where there is a lawful basis to do so and, for this promotion, where the participant has expressly requested or authorised their receipt by ticking the separate box provided.

Participants may unsubscribe at any time, easily and free of charge.

15. Operation of the web app

POLÍN ET MOI may temporarily suspend the promotion or take necessary measures in the event of technical failures, attempted fraud, cyberattacks, misuse or any circumstances that could compromise its operation or participants’ security.

The Organiser may exclude fraudulent or automated entries, or entries submitted using mechanisms intended to disrupt the normal operation of the promotion.

16. Changes or cancellation

POLÍN ET MOI may change non-essential aspects of the promotion where there is a justified reason.

Where force majeure, serious technical problems or other objective circumstances make it impossible to continue the promotion, it may be suspended or cancelled, with participants being informed by reasonable means.

Changes must not unjustifiably prejudice rights already acquired by participants.

17. Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions

Participation requires participants to read and expressly accept these Terms and Conditions.

POLÍN ET MOI will retain evidence of the version accepted, the date of acceptance and the information necessary to verify participation.

18. Applicable law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Spain.

Any provision concerning jurisdiction or dispute resolution will be interpreted in accordance with mandatory jurisdiction rules and the rights afforded to consumers and users.
