The giveaway is organized by POLÍN ET MOI.

2. SCOPE OF THE GIVEAWAY
The giveaway is organized by the brand Polín et moi and is open to participants from all countries where Polín et moi normally ships.
It will be announced via social media.

3. DURATION
The giveaway starts on JANUARY 6 and ends on JANUARY 9.

4. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
To take part in the giveaway, users must:

Like the giveaway post
Comment by mentioning 1 person per comment (the more comments, the higher the chances of winning)

BONUS: Share the post in their stories for an extra chance to win
Participants must be of legal age. Fake accounts or duplicate entries will not be accepted.

5. PRIZE
There will be 3 winners (the person who comments and the person who is mentioned. In total, there will be 6 winners). Each pair of winners will receive a prize in the following order:

One 250€ voucher to spend online within the next 6 months
One 200€ voucher to spend online within the next 6 months
One 100€ voucher to spend online within the next 6 months

6. SELECTION AND ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS
The winners will be selected at random. From January 7, we will announce one pair of winners (the person who commented and the person mentioned) each day, with January 9 being the last day.
We will announce the winners on Instagram and contact them directly via private message on that social network.
The winners will have 2 days to reply. If they do not respond, a new winner will be selected.

7. DELIVERY OF THE PRIZE
Delivery of the prize will be arranged online with the winner. After making contact, we will create the discount code (personal and non-transferable), which will also be communicated online.

8. DATA PROTECTION
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the personal data provided will be used solely to manage the giveaway and the delivery of the prize. It will not be stored or shared with third parties.

9. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
The organizers are not responsible for incidents beyond their control (shipments, losses, etc.).
