LICO x Polin et moi Contest

1.- COMPANY ORGANISING THE PROMOTION.
The Company LICO COSMETICS SL with registered address at Calle Ignacio Sanchez Mejías 10 41300 La Rinconada (Seville) and identified with NIF number B90350026, and the Company POLÍN ET MOI SL with registered address at Calle Bruselas 5E 28232 LAS ROZAS (Madrid) and identified with NIF number B-87225611 are organising the prize draw (hereinafter, ‘the Promotion’) at national level, to be held over the Internet, exclusively for users resident in Spain in accordance with the provisions of the participation requirements section. The purpose of this prize draw is to reward the loyalty of the brand's followers and to make the brand known to new users.

2.- START DATE AND END DATE.
The Promotion will start on 09 September 2024 at 20:00 h, and will end on 12 September 2024 at 14:00 h. It will be resolved at 17:00 h. on the same day.

3.- PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND MECHANICS OF THE PROMOTION.
The following are the requirements for can is the following:

- Participation will be open to those persons residing in Spain and over 18 years of age.
- Only Participants who have an Instagram account will be able to participate.
- Participants must comment on the brand's publication on the social network Instagram tagging a friend during the participation period (only real people).
- Entrants must follow the brands' Instagram profiles @lico_cosmetics and @polinetmoi.
- Entrants must like the post.
- Participants may only participate with one Instagram profile. If an Entrant is found to be participating with multiple Instagram profiles they will be disqualified.
- Each Participant's comment on the post will count as an entry in the random draw.
Those participations that have been made after the end date of the Promotion, as well as those that do not comply with the requirements established in the second section of these Legal Bases, will be considered null and void.

4.- CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION AND PRIZES.
The winner will be chosen randomly via the EasyPromos platform.
There will only be one winner of the prize consisting of a set of clothes from the Back to office collection by Polín et moi valued at around €300, and a complete set of LICO cosmetics with a similar value.
The winner will be announced on 12 September via the Instagram profiles of the brands announcing the prize draw.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize, nor can it be exchanged or altered.
The brand is responsible for sending the prize to the winner of the prize draw.

5.- DISQUALIFICATIONS AND PENALTIES.
If it becomes evident that any of the Participants do not comply with the requirements demanded in the Rules, or the data provided to participate are not valid, their participation will be considered null and void and they will be automatically excluded from the Promotion, losing all rights to the prizes awarded by virtue of this Promotion.

6.- PUBLICATION OF COMMENTS OR OPINIONS.
Comments or opinions whose content is considered inappropriate, offensive, insulting or discriminatory or which could infringe the rights of third parties will not be allowed. Comments against an individual that violate the principles of the right to honour, to personal and family privacy and to one's own image will not be allowed. We shall not be held responsible for any damage caused by comments made by Participants in the Promotion, which may at any time offend the sensibilities of other Participants. Participation in this Promotion, as well as the publication of comments made by Participants in posts, may not violate Instagram's Community Rules or Instagram's Terms of Use under any circumstances. If fraudulent means of participation, such as the use of bots in the comments, are discovered by the Company, the prize will not be awarded and will remain the property of the Company.

7.- EXEMPTION FROM LIABILITY.
By way of example, but not limitation, we shall not be held responsible for possible losses, theft, delays or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the development of this Promotion or the enjoyment of the prize. Nor are we responsible for the use made by the Participant with respect to the prize he/she obtains from this Promotion. We do not assume responsibility in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances that may prevent the Promotion from taking place or the total or partial enjoyment of the prize. In the event that this Promotion cannot be carried out, either due to fraud detected in the same, technical errors, or any other reason that is not under the control of the Company and that affects the normal running of the Competition, we reserve the right to cancel, modify or suspend the same, including the participation website.

8.- PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA.
The company responsible for the processing of your data is LICO COSMETICS SL, with address at Calle Ignacio Sánchez Mejías 10 41300 La Rinconada (Seville), and identification number B90350026. In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, each participant with the acceptance of these Legal Bases consents that their personal data will be incorporated into a file, owned by it, in order to manage the draw, as well as disseminate and publicise its results, and process the delivery of the prize. We inform you that you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation of processing, portability, forgetfulness and not to be subject to automated individual decisions by sending an e-mail to contacto@licocosmetics.com or by letter to the following address: Calle Ignacio Sanchez Mejías 10 41300

La Rinconada (Seville), enclosing in both cases a copy of an identification document. Without prejudice to any other administrative remedy or judicial action, the Participant shall have the right to lodge a complaint with a Supervisory Authority, in particular in the Member State in which he/she has his/her habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement, in the event that he/she considers that the processing of his/her personal data is not in accordance with the regulations, as well as in the event that the exercise of his/her rights is not satisfied. Therefore, the Participant declares that he/she has been informed of the conditions on personal data protection and accepts and consents to the processing.

9.- CHANGES AND ACCEPTANCE.
We reserve the right to modify or extend these Promotional Terms and Conditions, to the extent that it does not prejudice or undermine the rights of the Participants in the Promotion. The mere fact of participating in the draw implies that the Participant fully accepts the conditions of these Terms and Conditions. Likewise, participation in a prize draw of this nature implies acceptance of the rules of the Instagram social network through which it is carried out.

10.- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION.
These legal bases will be governed in accordance with the law of Seville. The Courts and Tribunals of the city of residence of the Participant will be competent to resolve any claim or dispute that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation or fulfilment of these rules.
