We are delighted that you have chosen Polín et moi for your BRIDE and/or GUEST garment. We hope you love it and that it fits perfectly, but we understand that sometimes a change is needed. That's why we want to make it as easy as possible for you:
The first exchange request is completely FREE! Additionally, exchanges for the same item are super quick: you will receive the new item even before returning the original (only Spain). If there is any price difference, we will contact you to sort it out quickly and smoothly.
For returns of event products, our policy is a little different because we want to make sure that each garment receives the care it deserves. The base cost to return a single event item is €4.95, and an additional €1 will be added for each additional item you return. This helps us to maintain the value and quality of our products.
Here are some examples to make it clearer:
Example 1: Order with three guest dresses
You purchased three guest dresses, decide to return two, and keep only one. The return cost will be €4.95 for the first dress and an additional €1 for the second, totaling €5.95.
Example 2: Order with a bridal dress, a blouse, and shoes
Suppose you bought a guest dress, a blouse, and a pair of shoes. If you decide to return the guest dress and the blouse, the return cost will be €4.95 for the dress with no additional cost for the blouse, as we only apply this extra charge for guest items. The total will be €4.95.
- This return cost will be deducted from the refund amount, which will be processed using the same payment method you used for the purchase. -
Remember that this policy applies only to guest items, which you can find in the corresponding category. In each product's description, you will also see a reminder of these special return conditions.
Polín et moi reserves the right not to accept returns outside the established period, used products, products not in their original condition, and guest items without the bottom tag. If your order does not meet these conditions and you wish to receive it again, you will need to pay the shipping costs.
The deadline for requesting a return in Spain and within the European Union is 14 calendar days from the day you receive the package. For countries outside the European Union it is up to 20 calendar days after the order is placed. You can do this easily through the corresponding online portals according to origin.
Please note that shipping costs or customs fees are NOT refundable.
If your item has any defects or damage, you have 48 hours from receipt to inform us via this form.
And remember, DO NOT REMOVE THE TAG if you wish to make an exchange or return!
