At the moment, it is NOT possible to exchange or return an online order in a physical shop. It is necessary to request the exchange or return through the online portal, depending on the country:
- Spain: once the label has been generated, you will be able to deliver the package at any Correos office.
- International: once your request has been registered, you will be sent by email the steps to follow to collect or deliver your return package depending on the country of origin (check conditions in our return and exchange policy). If you have chosen to return your package by the transport agency of your choice, you must deposit it at the corresponding office.
* We do not accept returns on your own account from countries outside the European Union, sorry!
