REQUEST DEADLINES:
The first thing you need to know is our timeline for requesting an exchange on your products.
If you request an exchange from within the European Union, the period is 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order at home.
However, if you request it from Germany, Austria, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, or from countries outside the European Union, we regret to inform you that we DO NOT offer exchanges, only returns. Please review our information here.
HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE:
Through our exchanges and returns portal, the process will be as simple and fast as a single click.

For orders outside the European Union, Germany, Austria, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands ONLY returns and their corresponding refunds are allowed. Access the appropriate returns form by clicking here.
DOES MAKING AN EXCHANGE HAVE ANY COST? (Except for countries outside the EU, Germany, Austria, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands):
For international exchanges, the first exchange requested is also completely free of charge. However, in this case and for the time being, the cost of returning the item will be borne by the customer. Below you can see the different costs:
If you need to make a second exchange or a return of an exchanged item, this will also have costs; for this, we recommend you contact our customer support team so we can help you with your request.
Please note that your exchange request will not be created until both the price difference between items (if applicable) and the return shipping costs indicated above (which vary by country) have been paid.
*Payment must be made immediately so your order can be processed. If not, your exchange will not be generated and you might miss out on stock.
We have a maximum period of 10 business days to register your exchange, secure the new product in the size you want, and contact you to inform you about availability and that your exchange is already in progress.

HOW TO SEND US THE PRODUCT YOU WANT TO EXCHANGE:
It’s as simple as preparing the package in good condition and well-sealed, attaching the return label that we will send you once you have completed the form, and taking it to the relevant office.
