How do I prepare my order return?

It is important to introduce the garments to be returned in the box received in their original state, i.e. with the corresponding labels as well as the return form (this document comes inside your order (only in Spain).

In case you have not received it, insert a sheet with your order number and full name. Finally, stick the label on the outside and make sure it is as well packed as possible :)

Remember that the EVENT textile garments have a label on the bottom ‘DO NOT TIE ME UP’ without which the exchange or return will NOT be accepted.
