Returns and Exchanges🤩️
- Orders from Spain: 14 calendar days from receipt of package.
- Orders within the European Union: 14 calendar days from receipt of the package. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number.
- Orders outside the European Union: 20 calendar days from the shipment of your order.
Please remember! Shipping costs for international returns are at the customer's expense, including customs costs. And we do not accept returns at your own expense from outside the EU.
Discover Our Types of Exchanges! 😍️ (Only in Spain)
At Polín et Moi, we want you to have as many options as possible:
- Instant Exchange for the Same Product: Need a different size of the same item? Great! We can arrange an instant exchange, as long as it is available.
- Exchange for Another Item: Would you like to exchange your purchase for something completely different, of course! Choose any other item from our shop in the same price range, higher (paying the difference), or of lesser value.
Any order that is not created instantly will be returned and shipped, once we receive your package in our warehouse, within 10 working days. You will receive a confirmation email when the process has been completed. 🌟️
The first exchange is FREE. If you request a second exchange or a return of an exchange, the shipping cost will be deducted. You can check the shipping cost here.
BRIDE AND GUEST items, have a return cost of 4,95€, plus 1€ for each additional guest/bride product returned. And, items in PROMOTION have a return cost of 3,95€, which will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded (only in Spain).
How to Request an Exchange or Devolución✨️

Within the European Union: Returns Portal here. You can use the courier service of your choice or our UPS service.
Outside the European Union: Returns Portal here. You can only ship with our courier service, DHL.
Please note! The original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return and Exchange Conditions
Polín et Moi reserves the right NOT to accept returns of:
- Garments without tags, used or in poor condition.
- Scuffed, stained, worn or used soles.
- Shoes in broken boxes or in a different state to the original.
- Costume jewellery, gloves, stockings, socks and hair accessories (headbands, hats, etc.).
- Items outside the return period.
- Stationery (notebooks, pens and mugs).
- Packages sent to our warehouse without having been ordered through our online portal.
- Return packages pending customs clearance, shipping payment or cash on delivery method.
- Guest items without the bass label.
- If we receive a product that does not meet these conditions, we will contact you to inform you and arrange the return. If a return shipment is necessary, we will provide you with a link to cover the cost of the return shipment.
** We are not responsible for packages received in our warehouse that do not correspond to Polin et Moi.
If you receive a product with a fault or defect, please fill in the following form within 48 hours of receipt, communicating what has happened. We will review your case and contact you as soon as possible.
