Are there any return costs?

In Spain

The first exchange request is free of charge. If you request a second exchange or return an item received as part of an exchange, a fee of €3.95 will be deducted.

If you would instead like to request a return, this will also be free of charge, except when the items being returned belong to the OCCASION, BRIDAL or PROMOTION categories. In these cases, the corresponding return fee will apply.

These charges form part of our exchange and return policy. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the legally established time limits and conditions will apply, together with the provisions set out in our General Terms and Conditions.

Submit your request through our online platform. You will receive a return label by email, which you must print and use to drop off the parcel at any Correos branch or locker.

Outside Spain

When requesting an exchange or return from outside Spain, the shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.

Shipments within the European Union

You may choose to arrange the return yourself or return your order through our international carrier, UPS. The corresponding amount will be deducted from your final refund.

Norway, Switzerland and the rest of the world

Returns can only be made through our courier, DHL. Below, you can find the applicable fees in euros. Please bear in mind that currency conversion may apply.

We do not accept returns arranged independently. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

Exchanges from European Union countries

We allow exchanges from European Union countries through our international shipping service. The shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from the corresponding final amount.

We do not accept return parcels sent with postage due or with unpaid customs charges.

Please remember that, in order for us to process any exchange, return or withdrawal request correctly, you must submit it through our online platform or through the channels specified in our General Terms and Conditions.
