Are there any return costs?

In Spain:

The first exchange is free of charge. In case of requesting a second exchange or refund on the same, 3,95€ will be deducted.
If, on the other hand, you wish to request a return, it will also be free except if the garments to be returned are GUEST or BRIDE or PROMOTION.
Request your procedure through our online platform and receive by email the label that you must print to deliver the package at any post office.

Outside of Spain:

Then processing an exchange or return from outside Spain, this shipping cost will be paid by the customer.

• Shipments within the European Union: You can choose to manage the return on your own or return your order through our international transport agency UPS. Below, we provide you with the approximate rate depending on the country of origin and units of returned items.

• Outside the European Union: You can only return your order with our courier FEDEX. Please find below the rates in EUROS (currency exchange rate to be taken into account). * We do not accept returns on your own account, sorry!

It is not possible to make changes from outside Spain, sorry!

We DON'T accept return packages with postage due and customs tariffs.

Please remember that in both cases, it is necessary to request the return or exchange through our online platform (depending on the country of origin).
