GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT OUR RETURNS
Application deadlines:
- Spain: 14 calendar days after you receive the package at home.
- Within the European Union: 14 calendar days after you receive your package at home.
- Outside the European Union: 20 calendar days after we ship your order.
We will process your return and refund within 10 working days of receiving the package in our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email when it has been processed correctly.
Remember that EVENT items to be returned have a return cost of 4,95€, plus 1€ for each additional guest textile product returned; and with PROMOTION, they have a return cost of 3,95€, to be deducted from the total amount to be refunded (only in Spain).
The cost of return outside Spain is at the customer's expense. However, you can make the return with our service offered through our platform or arrange it with the transport agency of your choice (EU only).
Important! All EVENT items have a return label on the bottom side, without which it will NOT be possible to accept any return or exchange.

* Shipping costs will be borne entirely by the customer, using only our courier DHL.
* Customs costs are to be paid by the customer.
* We do not accept returns on your own account, sorry!
Request a return from Spain:
This procedure is free of charge EXCEPT for returns of EVENT and/or PROMOTION items, which will have a cost per item to be deducted from the total amount to be refunded (only in Spain).
Once you have filled in the form, you will receive by email a label that you will have to print and stick on the outside of the package.
Deliver your package in the next 5 working days to the selected point!
With the same label you can go to any Correos post office and hand it in :)
Requesting a return from outside Spain:
You will have to request the return through our online platforms so that the request is registered correctly.
Within the European Union: You can make the return with any transport agency of your choice or with our service with GLS (EU), here you can find a table of rates.
Outside the European Union: You can only return your order with our courier DHL. You can find a table of rates here.
For returns handled by a carrier of your choice (EU only), it is essential that customers continuously track the shipment and verify that it has been delivered correctly. Please make sure you use a service that offers multiple delivery attempts, operates during business hours and guarantees delivery directly to the address indicated, without leaving the package at alternative collection points.
