Do you refund the money?

Of course we do! If you request a return, we will refund the amount via the same payment method you used to place the order. Once the order has been successfully completed, you will receive a confirmation email together with the payment invoice.

*If the order has been paid via APLÁZAME, we will make the refund through this same platform. From Aplázame, they will make the calculation to adjust or cancel the financing :)
