I have requested an exchange, when will I receive it?

✨ Important information regarding orders to Belgium and Ireland:

Orders placed and dispatched to Belgium and Ireland before 31 March 2026 cannot be exchanged. If you wish to return an item, you can easily arrange this via our platform here 💌

For orders placed after this date, you will be able to take advantage of our new options, detailed below.🤍

Spain only:

From the moment you register your request for an exchange of size or for another item of the same or higher value (this must be confirmed for payment within 2 hours), a new order will be created and sent within our usual delivery times. All you need to do is to send the items back to us within the specified timeframe.

Alternatively, if you are exchanging for an item of lesser value, we will process your exchange within 10 working days of receiving your original order back in our warehouse. You will receive an email confirming the new order and a direct link to track the shipment.

International (EU only: Excluding Austria, Germany, Luxembourg and the Netherlands):

From the time we receive the return of your original order in our warehouse, we will process your exchange within 10 working days. You will receive an email confirming the new order and a direct link to track the shipment.
