I have requested an exchange, when will I receive it?

Once we receive the return of your original order in our warehouse, we will process your exchange within 10 working days. You will receive an email confirming the new order and a direct link to track the shipment, we hope you enjoy it! If at the time of processing the exchange we do not have the requested item in stock, we will notify you via email and proceed to refund your order.
