Can I exchange / return a purchase made with a GIFT CARD?

Of course you can! We want you to enjoy your Polín gift as much as we do, so if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request an exchange or refund through the online portal as if it was an original order.

The refund will be made by generating a new GIFTCARD (as if it were a shop voucher so that you can place another order), if you have paid more than the amount paid, this will be refunded in a new gift card.
